We will verify your insurance coverage in order to identify your portion but, as the patient, it is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits and see that your bill is paid. Depending on your insurance plan, you may receive several bills as a result of the many specialists supporting your procedure.

These may be from:

• Columbus Endoscopy Center (for the facilities, equipment, supplies, staff, etc.)
• Your Physician
• Columbus Anesthesia Partners, LLC
• A pathology lab (for any tests done because of your procedure)
